The exit criteria is to have 3 consecutive years of profit. This is their 3rd year. Their latest financial report is profit for the year. Not quarter. I'm 99% sure they met the exit criteria

Hi all, I have been following this company for a while and read through the news. Looks like they are heading to a bright future and next milestone will be exit from watchlist. However I am just wondering will there be any slight possibility that even they had good profits from last quarter, but still can not meet the criteria to exit from watchlist?

I was honestly upset when saw the annoucement.

BUT when is the best time to sell shares?

No best time honestly.

If share going down, people say director no confidence.
If share going up, people say director also no confidence.

Anyway, he only sell 130k out of 19mil..... so you decide LOL

Good stocks (companies) will always set new highs, thats their trademarks. Sometime we may feel that current high is unjustified, and keep waiting, and that' s where people say you missed the boat.
But if you know this is a solid company, but feel that the price is too high now and it will drop, I propose you dabble a little bit first, and see if you are right. If it dips, then you can buy more. If it goes up, you can add. From there, build a base. Then you can slowly add, just make sure the prices are not too close in a range.
We are not God, nor are we market makers. There is no way we know when is the lowest price and best time to enter.

Bear in mind, good companies all have the same trademarks: Yesterday' s High is Today' s Low.

I am not saying all shares will continue to go up in a straight-line, nor am I encouraging anyone to enter when market opens.
YOU have to make that call, and live with it.
If its a mistake, so be it.
Learning is part of investing / trading.
We learn from both winning AND loosing.
