Can the CEO give shareholders an Explanation/Reasons for the Decline in Revenue in Q4 (117 million) from Q3 (124 million) and Q2 (122 Million) and a further sub-question is Has Revenue Peaked and is Likely to Drop Further from Q4 based on orders on hand?  2. Has Medtecs started US factory operations and how has sales been of the CoverU line of products in America ever since the annoucement of US subisidary? Specifically what is the demand like vis competitiors like 3M and Honeywelll in America?  3. Can CEO or Managemet share whether the remuneration package of the Management has increased and by how much? More importantly, how does the Management and CEO ensure that the Shareholders interest is Aligned with Management?  4.  Medtecs has done a lot of Free Give Away Recently, is this an indication that Medtecs has Over Supply which No One wants to buy? Can CEO address how shareholders interest are protected given that these PPE that are given away cost money to be made?  5. Can CEO give an update on the Mainboard Upgrade?
