 Alert Admin 		To be fair, the TP churned out is only for immediate term (2021). HK side will only contribute in 3-5 years time. So its correct to leave that portion out. 
However, don' t look too much into TPs - they get upgraded, downgraded, round turnabout as and when necessary.

UOB Kay Hian (UOBKH) has downgraded its recommendation on iFast Corporation to " sell" from " hold" on valuation grounds.

The brokerage maintains its target price for iFast at S$5.12, which is based on a valuation peg of 40.3 times FY2021 price-to-earnings (P/E), or two standard deviation points above iFast' s five-year mean.

In a Tuesday report, analyst Clement Ho opined that the valuation for iFast is now expensive at the share price of S$6.21, which implies a 51.1 times forward P/E.

Earnings derived from the implementation of the group' s Hong Kong e-MPF platform have yet to be incorporated into the forecasts, given the current lack of details, he added.

Broker' s take: UOBKH downgrades iFast to ' sell' , maintains S$5.12 target

UOB Kay Hian (UOBKH) has downgraded its recommendation on iFast Corporation to " sell" from " hold" on valuation grounds.

thats right. we will do the same when we profit from stocks market. there is no law director cannot sell shares to own usage. plus the percentage he sold is so so so negligible. 

but some ppl enlarge it like in the end of the world .

 Alert Admin 		I dont know how much he sold as somehow I can' t access the link.
But if its not substantial then its a non-event.
While if its substantial, its a whole different story.
Xiaomi boss recently (a few months ago) sold some substantial shares too and the price tanked as well. It took a while to recover, and then some. (I know as I am vested)
So in short, this will all be water under the bridge after a while. There may be (short term) sell off because of this or other reasons, but it will all be undone in a few months.
