Not feasible to delay sales of APL Logistics.
The divestment/unlocking of APL through IPO will provide:
- Estimated 800millions - 1 billion (that can used to pay debts and improve on its operations)
- Enable NOL to use outsourced 3PL Logistics
On shareholders part, once APL Logistics is issued as IPO combined value will be higher.

Most of the intermodal freight and logistic service providers in USA with warehousing, railroad and trucks are reporting better than expected financial results. NOL may actually delay sales and try to get better offers from market ?

27 Jan b4 open- I predicted that SMRT current price $1.19 is far overpriced, and will move downward below $1 before moving towards its fair value (2 digits).
SMRT's NAV ($0.51) with packed cabins, frequent breakdowns required increased maintenance cost. The downtrend will move gradually overtime, which may take months. Besides, the decrease in dividends from 7 cents to 2 cents do not make it an attractive stocks.
Shareholders of SMRT had already received accumulated dividends more than original IPO price- which essentially means they are holding SMRT stocks are of no cost. (As Dividends over the years > SMRT IPO $0.61). As SMRT consists of assets which are aging, it is a depreciating assets (Which will impact the NAV $0.51)
I boldly predict SMRT will fall below $1, and towards the $0.70- $0.80 range in months to come.

Listen to my kind advice & do not re-enter. There are many better stocks around. If you must, wait till cad probe finish. LionGold credibility is currently at unprecedented high risk.

From what I foresee, there will be some time left before a big selldown. Regarding the actual time, I can't see it from my prediction yet. Fyi, thanks. Wish you able to make $ before my prediction.

ok sry. fine then at least tell us when? maybe not mon or next week, but when, in yr previous post u didnt say.. u have been accurate on most stks but u didnt say when on this one.. Its impt when it has to happen.. from NOW to DUE TIME, it can be very long, and who knows what happens in between, lol... its impt to know when at least.. I' m not trying to say u are wrong and in fact i say it is possible, but what happens in between whether it moves up then come down. it is very impt.. warrant buffet said that there will be a meltdown on technological stks, he was right but onli 2 years later.. in between it went up so high b4 i came crashing down.. lol.. even as of recently, he bought a put option on the us index but it has moved higher instead.. lol.. Cos i believe that the market can stay irrational longer than any of us can stay solvent. there are many ways it can reach from point A to B.. Assuming that u are right.. Alot of yr faithful followers has been trying to get an ans.. lol..

Metaltrader i don uds why u say the share price will fall below 9c on mon or even next week.. All indicators for lion gold asiasons and blumont signals that they are being oversold and that the bollinger bands also shows that they will be a rebound. even sellers also getting weaker and shortists don dare to short.. lol
