Pullback way below the neckline was a big disappointment.
There is still some chance for prices to improve as it has bounce off 
these low level a couple of times.
This stock need positive fundamentals for any sustainable upward movement
in prices. Technically it need to break those resistances highlighted to turn around.

It was a stunning weekly for Singtel investors.
Prices broke out of a Ascending Right Angle Triangle(more visible on daily chart) with strong volume.
The weekly volume is also the highest recorded for the last 2 decades on a up week.
Previous resistance around 3.02 should now becomes the near term support.
Pullback if any will likely be absorb by buying.
Scenerio 1 is more likely than scenerio 2.

Any pull-back if minor is acceptable, it can always resume higher, only future price movement can confirm
if our views are correct or not, no one can predict anything with certainty.
If the fundamentals and technicals are in line then all is good. If they are not in line then one has to question
one' s opinion whether you are bullish or bearish.

The strong volume traded does add weight to the breakout.

from those non dividend adjusted chart.

x 0 		Sure it can be a false break out, we will see, do remember it is a continuation pattern, meaning 
the underlying trend which is up is another suggestion this pattern has a higher chance of being valid.
No technician uses only a single pattern.

No le, I used the word " possible" in the double top and ascending triangle pattern.
Reason is those two formation hasn' t been confirm yet but just imaginary or in anticipation only at best.
Even the monthly hanging man formation is possible because we still have to wait for month end closing,
what if today it goes down. Therefore the different is I do not speak ahead of the pattern what it is not form.

Btw a technician would know not a single pattern works all the the time by itself, and it has to be use with
other technical tools for better result.
