Wait a minute.... let me have my last kick to some sarcastic response first.....

On 15 Dec 2023, the last trading day before the Bonus Warrants were announced, price was $0.28. The xDate price of the Bonus Warrants was also, coincidentally $0.28, by desire, not by accident...in between, retail and institutional investors chased the price for the Bonus Warrants to as high as $0.345 (although notmuch volume done at this price)..... $0.345 was hit yesterday, and today traded mostly at the range of $0.355 to $0.365 to close comfortably at $0.36...... so officially, the Bonus Warrants are free for those who were vested from 18 Dec to 15 January, FREE as in FREE.... no need to be sarcastically opposed to this notion any more....... shareholders who bought at any price during this period, will have gained from his principal buys, and received his warrants free if he sold it today or yesterday ...... so yes, I agree , kiang chew hor, mai kay kiang, or like what the gangsters in the black market used to say.... kam lan chew hor, mai kwai lan....... then there will be peace... huat ahrrrrr, best is yet to come...

The wrts are NOT eligible from conversion, at the moment.... what you sell in the open market is what you get, as long as there are buyers......in six months time, the stock would have gone through two results..... by that time, fundamentals will have changed, nav would have been significantly up, more contracts fulfilled, bigger book orders, shareholders would have enjoyed bigger dividends..... by then the price would have been up from the time th3 bonus wrts were announced , and when the bonus wrts were x-dated....... and by that time the bonus would have become enhanced bonus..... so what dilution

you worried only if NO ONE wants to buy the wrts.... then you care sarcastically say it' s not free.

Clearly arbitrage at work.... and clearly black market " manipulating" .... as I wrote in many stocks threads.... the gangsters like to play this kind of momentum stocks, below 0.20.... because when they bring it to over 0.20, the pip jump is 0.005, and no more the painful watching of .0.001..... going forward ,the play is going to be very interesting , but I think more irratinal...... remember there are three more bbc rounds to come..... dyoddd anyway and not any how listen to coffee shop talks.,, and kaykiang fake English professor

Not referring to anyone..... but if I have one million shares I would,have been a seasoned trader enough to know how arbitrage trading works, and not keep on second guess, especially to your own fancy...... I would be able to see or sense what the market is deciding on the differential,gap ...../ as I said, the price will correct itself at the end of the trading day, or at least by the next morning trade..... seeing the way the sons been powering the whole of. second half yesterday, expects the mother to gap up to 0.345, we can hope to see the 0.35 range today.... dyoddd anyway, good luck. Huat arhhhhh...

I remember reading somewhere, some buggers had taken pofits of the sons at 0.16++mand blow about it..... and today some have also shouted loud loud they have sold at 0.17++..... to these people, I congrat you..... but you should now move on ..... and not be enviously trying to comfort yourself by saying that the boat (actually it' s a luxury cruise ship) will come back to pick you....... the problem is the ship is very full now and even if you swim towards it, there' s no space for you, so better you swim back to shore.....

For those still on board the cruise ship, do note there' s another three rounds of bbc to come..... just know how and when to notice it...... dyoddd anyway.....

Too many insinuations and misconceptions liao, so, need to do some car washing. .......

First, I believe this mother stock and son is in arbitrage mode. The market decides what is the differential gap that will be profitable for traders to engage in this type of trading. .......So, if the mother runs too far ahead of the son, or the son runs ahead of the mother, depending on how normal trading goes, at the end of the day or at least the very next morning, the price will correct itself,.......premiums or huge discounts are temporary perceptions . So don&rsquo t keep harping on this la.........

Second, on why the deep pocket CEO did not want to buy the mother at low price of 0.235 last week and instead pay for higher warrants. Well, is because company rulings disallow its top executives from buying from open market one month before release of results........ Because because if there are unusual happenings, SGX will query.As for the warrants purchased by Ah Lim, it did not state exactly when he bought or whether he got them from open market. So it could by on an arranged willing buyer willing seller basis from a fund manager or even from his own staff, or relatives.........

Want to stir, must also do due diligence la. And keep arguing and harpingon something that has no logical pattern for what??!?

the key to price indication is not now, not after the release of the results.... the key is the ex date of the dividends..... early last year, I highlighted that this is one stock, where the price went up (not down) on ex dividend date...... thereafter the price cheonged like no other, on the back of it revelation of a major contract win and record book order , days later..... history will repeat itself........

Which part of my post says that I am complaining...? Complaining about what?
my position in this stock is well documented, been holding most of the shares since the days of $0.09 cents, even after selling a chunk at high $0.30+ ..... how to lose? No body cares about the stock until I started highlighting it when it started its run from $0.17 +

I stand by my assertions that if anyone is holding any shares in this stock, mother or son or otherwise, he will not be pessimistic about the stock....... and will not run down anyone who thinks positive on the stock....
It' s easy to be paper trader and quarrel with anybody who holds opposite views..... Juz a general,observation , not referring to any sensitive person

This is my take on the wrts..... they are free, without conversion that is....... if you are not hard up of the money, my suggest is keep them..... and convert them when the times come.... it' s like buying the stock for 0.15, which I think you will never get it in the current situation when the stock us on momentum and its on uptrend growth........ in its current profile, big fishes will be monitoring eyeing it...../but but the insiders in particular knows better then to let go...... this is what I wrote in another forum in Dec last year........

On fire today.......and yesterday..... simple explanation is bm believes that the bonus wrts is more to ownself reward kakinans and insiders&hellip . so u don' t expect any of these people to sell......check this out : Founder Lim family 33%, Ah Boon 6% Ah Lim 0.7%, other kakinans 0.9%, Funds 10.3%, KC 24%....don&rsquo t expect any of these to sell.......

Results on 20 February&hellip &hellip expect everything to go up&hellip . inflation, GST, food prices, costs&hellip .. sorry, I mean revenues, eps, profits , nav etc&hellip .. which means price has to follow&hellip .

plus bm expects dividends to be between 0.8 to 1.5 cents&hellip .. and funny thing is market always looks and reacts to percentage figures, rather than absolute numbers&hellip &hellip so if it&rsquo s really 1 cent dpu, it would be a walloping 350% increase in yield over last FY&hellip &hellip &hellip
