Will justify for higher SP if FED reduced the interest rate after middle of this year or later. Better to park in this share than putting in FD due to FD rate coming down and expected hgiher dividends to be announced after 20 Feb closing.

This is my take on the wrts..... they are free, without conversion that is....... if you are not hard up of the money, my suggest is keep them..... and convert them when the times come.... it' s like buying the stock for 0.15, which I think you will never get it in the current situation when the stock us on momentum and its on uptrend growth........ in its current profile, big fishes will be monitoring eyeing it...../but but the insiders in particular knows better then to let go...... this is what I wrote in another forum in Dec last year........

If paying 1.5 Cents as dividends, it will justify for higher SP of about 37.5 Cents based on 4% returns !!!

Discussion here isn' t about convinced.. it' s wrong information.. from all comments we had exchanged so far, we fairly know our holdings.. finally you see warrants have to depend on mother to move or else you kept promoting warrants previously

If paying 1 Cent dividend, DM only use about 10millions of its cash of 128milions. But will collect back warrants conversion price of more than 30millions and SP will CHEONG UP also, all corners also WINS for DM !!!

Some people still not convinced even though the warrant price already hit 119 this morning. Later this afternoon, the price may move even higher than 119 if the mother moves higher than 270.

Got money to buy another company but no money to pay dividend ? Sure have to give dividend as SH is most important, even though expansion is also very important. The only question is how much dividend that DM is going to give. Good for all the SH, including Lim Family and Keppel and all the rest who holds the shares !!! The mother SP is still being pressed down and being collected. Once announcement made on 20 Feb after closing, the SP will shot up like rocket on 21 Feb 2024 morning !!! |
