Please go thru the 42 items listed here, and tell me which part talks about their local telecom plans?...... even if they still dominate the local scene, which they still are ( in fact 50% share, the other 50% shared between StarHub, M1 and Simba), the local telecom business forms a small part of their entire investments/business..... 20 years ago overseas investments/business forms less than 50%, as of last year it is now more than 75%........ the market is not stupid, especially the black market sees things before they happen, and show interests only if there' s great potential growth, which means very good potential returns to them...... look at my posts..... before first half of this year, I never made any post in this thread.... it was juz some mercenaries playing here, when the share price, for many months and years even, went up to above $2.50 and then went crashing to below $2.40, time and again and again and again ..... that' s why the shortists, real or fake, enjoyed playing a fool with this stock.for so long until middle of this year...........since then I been alerting people here of the syndicate big boys aka gangsters interests in this stock because they can see or they know the potential growth of the market.....they know!..... since then, the price never.... NEVER.... repeats their Cha Cha pattern of going to $2.50 and then going below $2.40....... all I know the black market knows the potential growth of the stock, and how much HIGHER the price can go......they don' t play games or play a fool with numbers ........you can see for yourself the resilience of the price, past few days during the market meltdown ..... yet there are still some tin kosong types of clowns who cannot come to term with it, and still tried to talk down the stock without substantiated proofs, just tikam tikam their predictions..... for me, I don' t want to spice up,too much with too many gangsters stories, so I try my best to show the fundamentals side and some REAL developments news of the company (now see my long list) that may explain the black market interest in the stock....... another teaser I can share is ..... BEFORE I started posting here there was no announcement or mention of " Singtel28" which outlines the company growth plan, and their promise of increased dividends and cash returns to shareholders..... So, how does the black market know all this beforehand? Whether lucky guess or whatever, I couldn' t be bother.... believe or not believe what I said I also don' t care......juz dyodddd in any case...... |

Wow! This bugger estimates each of us MAY be getting between $3.30 to $3.50 per share from the redevelopment project, much higher than me and some fellow SSHs' estimate of $2.70 per share at the AGM...... could be very very possible,, because we were very conservative in our estimates which were based on rough data given at the AGM..... example, gross area of 73,000 sq ft was given, and although with the architect' s request to the authorities to increase it by another 10%, we didn' t take that figure, instead minus off some 3000 sq ft for the car part..... and, after a ssh query on the estimate price per sq feet, Ang hinted it could be around $2000 per sq ft, we minus 10% off, and took it to be around $1,800sq ft..... as for the cost, to be funded by internal sources, although it was estimated to be $28 million, we added in another 10% and rounded it up to $32 million, in case of escalation of costs and last minute additional...../ so from here we estimate that the profits would be roughly $2.70 per share based on 35,000,000 issued shares..... this estimate of $2.70 was also roughly initially calculated by the gangsters ..... eerie , isn' t it? From here on, I think it woulf be very silly to sell off the shares, unless you are very old now and couldn' t wait till 2027....., |

You see, the difference between $1.90 and $2.60 is $0.70.....let say, you have just 50 lots (50 000), that' s a loss of another extra $35,000...... very heart ache and pain, I tell you...... so these people, to ease the heartache and find some pain relief, they need to come here to try to talk down the stock, in whatever way, hoping, and longing, that the price would go down drastically eventually .......so that' s why they are here, watching and hoping every day...... my advice to them, is to move on, and stop watching this stock price, maybe go watch Olympics instead..... because if and when the price goes even higher, to say, over three in the near term, and over four in the mid term, it would cause you more pain, or worse, instead of heartache, maybe a heart attack.../. Let it go la, and stop finding fault with the long term serious investors here..... SGX is huge, there are other potential multigbaggers for you to hunt........ I can help you....

To a shareholder question of an interim or increase in dividend, young Ren gave a very eloquent answer of a need to preserve cash for the execution multitudes of orders..... he also explained he prefers to build on increasing the roe for shareholders, which I will elaborate later....... although he did not exactly said no to an interim, there is strong market speculation now that it may be given, given the expected excellent results....... and as I often suggest, the resilience of the price in the midst of market volatility, means the divestment plans are very much alive, question is whether it will involve its disowned son...... as always, dyodddd, as sometimes gangsters may juz said something nice when they are in good mood........ | ||||

My gangsters friends in fact point out that F& N is a better buy ( at the moment at least ).......first of all, it will eventually get rid of ALL its the non core.... like publishing, property development..... then after that it will totally absorb into TB, meaning a privatisation of F& N is very possible.... I think there' s a very reason why the nav of F& N is stated as $3.50.....because iin such amalgamation, you can' t run away from the the actual valuation of assets, business goodwill, and other tangibles .... so we can safely say that going forward the F& N price is going to rise and rise , and will each increase in valuation of F& N prices, the prices of TB has to rise correspondingly as well......... next few days will see how black market play.... but if they have been eyeing this for the longest time, their play has to be real...... | ||||

Not almost..... it did hit an intra day high of $4.57 on 16 April 2015, its historic all time high..... its highest closing was $4.53, a day before on 15 April 2015..... I don' t know what chart the other bro is using, but in 2016 and 2017, many times it did hit over $4.00, with the highest $4.36 done on 20 July 2016...... That time there was not much news developments, most times was centred on dividend payouts, and government news.....now is totally different especially with so much developments and gangsters involvement ......that' s why I said,the current price is totally undervalued..... black market already has its target revised to $3.80...... but please dyoddd, gangsters talk a lot when they drink too much.....

I know I' m good, but I don' t know I' m that good 😂 I mean, I can start any thread or bring out any obscure stock, amd I don' t have to monitor it , because I can get a GCB mangali jaga, to watch over the stock for me..... day and night ! 😂 Hehe, why am I born so good?..,..., anyway, stock is still going so,strong.....but this is for people who buy by the millions, and can afford not to worry about it...not like that public toilet jaga, who collects 10 cents from every customer, collect , and collect over so many months and then punt them on a few hundred shares on this stock and then worry day and night over it..... If you are in it long term, and believe in Koh Boon Hwee, top PSLE, top GCE O and A level , PSC scholar, then pang sim lah, you will reward at least when the time comes.......... |
