Recent AGM indicates the sales of the building is around 30%, only the piling been completed and there is a good chance the project will delay but did not say how long the delay would be. Tbh I find the management a bit too relaxed when it comes to the sales of the building having no debt obligations has lulled them into no urgency mode, unlike normal developers who push out as many units on launch date to secure minimum sales target. This is something I hope they change. CEO was incompatible with the company' s approach to risk vs growth, so they terminated him early as not to jeopardize the business. They expect sales for wireless to pickup up towards the end of the year, apparently mediatek 6G wifi was very compeittive vs Qualcomm but 7G wifi (from qualcomm) appears to have more advantages giving them the edge, they are also trying to branch into new areas of products though not much info on this. |

Lol good one, timing also about there I just hope the Food Factory sales do well, the quantum of each unit is not cheap also @ 2.9M a pop and the industrial market for food factory also not as hot as before. Fingers crossed.

During AGM, management mentioned business will slow down before picking up...I didn' t expect the slow down so drastic... Need to wait till customer' s inventory to balance before business will pick up, and hopefully new from new customers.... 23% of booking from development since 25th Oct!!! | ||||

Wow! This bugger estimates each of us MAY be getting between $3.30 to $3.50 per share from the redevelopment project, much higher than me and some fellow SSHs' estimate of $2.70 per share at the AGM...... could be very very possible,, because we were very conservative in our estimates which were based on rough data given at the AGM..... example, gross area of 73,000 sq ft was given, and although with the architect' s request to the authorities to increase it by another 10%, we didn' t take that figure, instead minus off some 3000 sq ft for the car part..... and, after a ssh query on the estimate price per sq feet, Ang hinted it could be around $2000 per sq ft, we minus 10% off, and took it to be around $1,800sq ft..... as for the cost, to be funded by internal sources, although it was estimated to be $28 million, we added in another 10% and rounded it up to $32 million, in case of escalation of costs and last minute additional...../ so from here we estimate that the profits would be roughly $2.70 per share based on 35,000,000 issued shares..... this estimate of $2.70 was also roughly initially calculated by the gangsters ..... eerie , isn' t it? From here on, I think it woulf be very silly to sell off the shares, unless you are very old now and couldn' t wait till 2027....., |

If they are considering things like dual share classes etc then I think they are heading in the wrong direction from a regulatory standpoint. | ||||

Lol good one, tbh considering the timeframe of the project 2027 TOP, sales likely will not be quick also and the core biz might see some softness can wait lah. Maybe got chance for better price if weak hands pass to stronger ones. If the mgmt advise the sales take up is strong then I will consider adding
