Nowadays, YZJ share price rush to SGD 2.60, 10% lower than the historic high, while the annual revenue and earnings has been ~RMB 20bn and RMB 6bn, 6 times bigger than last peak. While the valuation multiple has shrunk by almost 90%, how could you say the market expecation is high? On the contrary, the rise of share price was almost all driven by earnings, maybe the incoming result could trigger awokeners to push valuation multiples from 10xPE to 15x even 20x. That' s so called " Davis double killing" . As valuation stay almost stable at 10xPE, share price could only rise more than earnings. Secondly, you just make no sense to " unless" the case of future guidance even better. It is such a sure thing if you are not first day here and with normal " human" IQ. It common sense here the shipbuilding upcyle will sustain into at least 2028, and longer as NB price keep going up and slot been filled with orders. Finally, earnings needn' t to be multi fold times than expecations but price could still goes up. YZJ is not like NVDA which traded at like 100x PE and need earnings to multi-fold so PE multiple could normalize to a reasonable low-ty' s. YZJ, only traded at around 10x PE, how could you require it to deliver multi-fold earnings? If so, it should not be traded at 10xPE but 30x at least, and the share price should rise to SGD 8.0.
