Finally , people takes note of this stock because the stock price plunge. lol

Yesterday, only 81300 shares of ULTRAGREEN AI USD shorted,
But no one shorted ULTRAGREEN AI SG.
So the selling are done by investors, instead of shortist.

published in The Business Times on 19 August 2026.

The Company notes that the regulatory approvals obtained by Zydus Lifesciences and
Provepharm are publicly available information. The Company continues to monitor
competitive developments in the United States in the ordinary course of its business.

The Company further notes that regulatory approval by the U.S. Food and Drug
Administration does not, in itself, translate into commercial launch, market adoption or
market penetration.
The Company wishes to clarify that certain statements and scenarios contained in The
Business Times article, including assumptions regarding the relative manufacturing
costs of competitors and potential future pricing outcomes, represent the views and
assumptions of third-party analysts and do not constitute information, forecasts or
guidance provided or endorsed by the Company.

Based on information currently available to the Board, there has been no material
change to the Company?s business or outlook arising from these developments that
would require a revision to the FY2026 guidance announced with the Company?s
1H2026 results on 12 August 2026. The Company continues to expect FY2026
revenue of US$175 million to US$185 million, with revenue in 2H2026 expected to
exceed that of 1H2026.
