Why allow rubbish stock to IPO here with big name like ex-CEO of excgNGE, LEE relative  ,,, CAD, SGX please check ,,Amanda Tan of DBS Group Research has downgraded UltraGreeen.ai from " buy" to " hold"   in her Aug 21 note, where she has more than halved her target price to 80 US cents from US$1.95.

 Alert Admin 		not all SBBs will make things work.. i rem last time SEM corp marine.. also BB alot of shares when its hanging at $1.20-$1.90 before the major rights dilution. that is equivilant to the price at $5.50-$7.00 at current pricing..

UltraGreen.ai CEO ups personal stake at 71.9 US cents each

CEO of UltraGreen.ai, Ravinder Sajwan had on Aug 24 paid US$691,328.66 to buy 961,538 shares of the company. That works out to an average of 71.9 US cents each.

This brings his deemed interest to a total of 684,864,561 shares, equivalent to 62.21%, up from 62.13% previously.

As indicated in an earlier filing, on the same day, the company bought back one million shares, paying US$712,230.39.

UltraGreen, which makes green dye used in surgery, have been hammered since last week after news that it may soon face competition.

The company was listed late last year with a board stacked with leading local corporate names such as chairman Kwa Chong Seng.

UltraGreen shares, which dropped to as low as 62 US cents yesterday, has recovered somewhat to trade at 74 US cents ahead of the trading break.

Addvalue Tech also has 1 established and 1 new competitor per company AGM Q& A. This not well discussed. Not sure if there will be article on the competitions (similiar to Ultragreen).
