Agree. Dun dare to long this since a long time ago. Held it before.....a lot of corporate actions from this company. Everything, it does it, price will fall.

They want to change the terms of bond holders aggreement. They want protection in case of default by Ezra for payment of principle and interest. How can they get such protection with out offering any collateral of first claim? They must give some thing solid like property like Marcopolo gave to their bond holders for 2 years extention and 1.5% more interest. Ezra offering their vessels as guarantee is no meaning as there are no buyers to their assets and it is worth less. What ever property the company had must have been mortgaged already and they must be very low on cash. This sounds more trouble and stocks could take further hit in this saga.

Based on descending triangle, this one can go to 9.70+. But TA not always zhun, though it sometimes has self-fulfilling prophecy. Trade with care.

I doubt so. Sia is functioning well and doesn't affect citizens as much as smrt. No reason to take it private.

This one is just for collecting fat dividend due to gain from lower jet fuel and expensive oil hedge expiring. Declining revenue and yield but profit jumped on bigger drop in operating cost. Soon sg gov would privatisate sia to improve service quality and extend airline coverage through lowering fares.
