Inflation is totally out of control. Just look at our local food price. All went up like no tomorrow. A lot of hawker hike their food price by 50c to 2 dollar. I am not sure if their production cost really went up so much but it is like some hike other see then also hike then everybody hike. Tech companies have also overrun too much in their price during the pandemic. A big recession will come but only when the big money has finished position themselves then the officials will denotate the explosive. Century-old trick. As usual general population foot the bill.

Main concern will be Grab cannot make it, then Singtel has to takeover their portion putting a strain on their financial. Also these DBs has a different market segment compared to those traditional banks, in general those riskier groups. These groups either they cannot get loan from traditional banks and or have to pay higher rates to compensate risk. DB has to offer them more competitive rate a the same risk level. So if Grab byebye then the Singtel will have alot to handle.

Grab is losing money, doesn't mean its bank also lose $, if the sector is good, I don't see why it can't make 💵

This co used to trade around 25PE. At recent peak, it is trading ard 100PE. Granted that there are a few major prospects and growth is steady but 100PE is way too excessive. Based on last FY impressive performance, even $5 is ard 50PE. Crazy valuation. Based on current Q performance, maybe $2 ok. Take 30%MOS, then $1.40-$1.50 can consider enter but performance must improved and not just remain status quo. This CO has too much hope been factored in. Market really is a voting machine in the short run. Now let' s see whether is iFast enter or iFast run.
Btw, those got recent got placement at $7.50, suck thumbs?

The risk gets lower with each day of BB manipulation if you are trying to speculate on this stock but have yet went in but is getting higher for those who are already in at the higher price of 0.7-0.8cts.
BB have money and patience to play. You need both and more to outplay them. You have?

Restriction on selling is almost always present in new share subscription of this nature. Still most price continues to downtrend
BBs will manipulate price to entice people to hold which they always do and people always fell into their trap.
People can try luck but need to manage risk.

It is good to have such limitation in place. These sort of restrictions should be in place in all subscription agreements for private placement in other stocks. Or at least the private investors should not be allowed to sell higher than the price they paid within 6 months period or at least for a period after they get their shares.

The new investor will subscribe to 4bil new shares @ $0.0018 for $7.3mil. When the transaction is done and those new shares are listed, the investor $7.3 mil immediately becomes $22mil if market price stays at 0.6cts giving the investor an instant gain of $14mil. Why do you want to hold shares that are 3 times the his price to accomplished the his gain?
You should be managing the risk factors rather than eyeing the gain factor whether you are investing or speculating this stock.

Do read the SPA carefully. Quite obvious that it works nicely for the new investors and new mgmt at the expenses of existing shareholders. There are always winners and losers so you need to know which role you will land yourself in on the decisions you made.
