This also gives me time till mid sept to pay. Another 9 million left to but to maintain my shares undiluted. With minimal cash input. Will accumulate at 0.01 or if SCM falls below 8c

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Not entirely true also my statement That was just a general statement Because if the foreigner (actually applies to locals too) have a registered address in Singapore Or if they provided their local address at least three days prior (if they don' t have a locally registered address) They will still be eligible to take part in the rights issue So usually foreigners (actually applies to locals too) will not be allowed to take part because many of them do not have a registered address in Singapore In short, all shareholders without a locally registered address will be treated as Foreign Shareholders, who will not be entitled to the rights issue if certain conditions are not met.
