If that is so, why Rex Int was allowed to pay their 1st Dividends?

sengkang      ( Date: 09-Dec-2022 09:58) Posted:

Companies are not allowed to pay dividends when they have accumulated losses in their balance sheet.
Capital reduction is to clean up the balance sheet so as to start clean slate.
Thus after this exercise, they can pay out fresh divvy from current earnings to comply with the companies act

HK considering doing away with mandatory covid testing on arrivals.
Now should consider oil related stocks as once HK consider full openings, China will be next in the pipe lines.

last week down is coz by US higher drill well and China covid, but what is the px needed for US drill to be profitable,
i remember many years back during Oil downturn is USD60, what you think for now? my guess USD72-75 range.
that should give you a feel of the px till new changes evolve. Meanwhile anything below 235 a bargain.

Don' t forget that REX also started to drilled  well in the Yumna Field, starting from 11 Nov 2022. This 60-day exploration should end on 9 Jan 2023. Hopefully, they will find new oil sources, and announce accordingly.

With the new well, then REX can rump up its total oil productions.
