Bro, I guess it is just the natural thing for the management to halt if there is any announcement that needs to be made. If positive announcement, the price will rise iniitally and later drop in subsequent days due to reasons such as profit taking. Price fluctuations are common since the market is dictated by buyers and sellers everytime.

the rat because the management Imo keep trying to prop
up the share price by " halting" at the slightest thing. When
" unhalt" the price will shoot up and after a few days the price
kept dropping. Or will tell the public the price must go up to
certain level then the staff will be rewarded or they found oil etc etc

Bro, I think you are right, 0.17 and 0.172 seems to be the only resistance points with higher sell queues of 2-3 million currently.
