Ans: panick retailers.

This company would be better off taken private since there will be a substantial savings in directors fees as well as listng fees. Maybe the individual shareholders should get together to form an independent force and vote out all the 3 directors earning $1.5 million each. Then they will ensure survival of the business. Also if you buy a share cum dividend or rights and sell it ex-price, are you entitled to the dividend or rights? No right? So Ang and Lim are still able to buy up till Wednesday and be entitled to vote.Good luck.

If he is fickle minded, and switched side due to whatever reasons, Lim & Ong may lose. Cos i m wondering how come Ang bros so confident willing to let go a few million shares at a nice premium ? Without this tussle, i will never even have the thought of touching this counter. Look at the top management or directors corp structure. Bros, cousin, spouses all holding nice positions. I try to add up their renumeration plus other top management non related , i think close to S$10 mil per year. Lim & Ong holds more than 20% of the company and yet control is held by others think lesser shareholding than they do. So i personally hope Lim & Ong take control of the company with the CEO as their ally . Make sure the CEO on their side. And make sure they retain the key staff in sales marketing and ops too. As for those in finance , well...if i call the shots, i will surely change the team. These 2, 3 days...Lim & Ong pls remember to hold talks with the CEO. This is most important. If they saved just 3 millions from those top remunerations, this company basis the book figures will be in "comfortable profitable zone" already.
