The Trendlines Group Ltd. announced that the Company is proposing to undertake a renounceable non-underwritten rights issue of up to 84,693,994 new ordinary shares (&ldquo Rights Shares&rdquo ) in the capital of the Company at an issue price of S$0.1050 for each Rights Share, on the basis of 1 Rights Share for every 9 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company held by the shareholders of the Company as at the date and time to be determined by the Directors for the purposes of determining Shareholders&rsquo entitlements under the Rights Issue, fractional entitlements to be disregarded.
