Today short selling is 4219k$0.095. These days shortists shorted at higher price and depressed then covered at lower price, looks like very easy to earn money ah. I just wonder why the company is so quiet without any actions? Where are BBs?

Happen to know Fan Kow Hin the group CEO is a Christian. Very sad how Christian run company to their own interest. I do not wish to know that they are using under-hand methods to get more fund for the projects. LOL

old news but px is moving to zero leh what they said 7 mths ago

i think the intrinsic value of their share is abt 6 cts

A few mil shares mean nothing really.
Last time the directors buy 30 mil sell 30 mil on same day same price.
Also Shortist already at advantage.
By dumping the shares from 30 cts to 10 cts without any resistance means ?

IHC COMING OUT WITH HEALTHCARE REIT BY RETAINING THE AUSTRALIA PROPERTIES .

 

INTERNATIONAL Healthway Corp (IHC) said on Wednesday that a sale and purchase agreement to sell two of its office properties in Melbourne to a third-party buyer had been stopped .

These properties are: a seven-storey office building with net leasable area of 10,710 square metres at 553 St Kilda Road and an eight-storey office building with net leasable area of 8,229 square metres at 541 St Kilda Road.

The group has decided that it will retain these properties in order to start a private Reit with a larger portfolio of assets. It has been planning to form the private Reit in Australia, which the group' s other Australian property at 73-79 Little Ryle Street, Geelong is already designated to be a part of.

The proposed vehicle for the private Reit would be IHC Healthcare Reit, a Singapore-domiciled trust that can become a publicly listed Reit when a suitable size is achieved.

Looks like the sharks (Prop traders) are out today. Sometimes sharks end up as shark-fin soup.... Anyway the SGX in issuing the advisory creates a climate of uncertainty and fear. To says they are surprised is like saying I didn t know that putting my hand in fire will be painful - someone in SGX needs a shrink. Anyway I agree with some of the observations here that the financials are good and at this price, it makes for a good bargain, just don' t put all your ammo though.

Management is comatose or what. Just halt and suspend please. From 30 cent reduced to less than a third of its price is ridiculous. If all the accounts are legit [despite some dubious report that surfaced in FEB! } this should not be happening. They are really slow to react to the katek syndicate.
