Blackgold has already filed on SGX web-site a few days ago that it is expected PLN will award this month coal purchase contracts to 6 power plants--2 belonging to Blackgold.
If Blackgold made such such a serious announcement, they must be confident of getting the contracts
Just be patient. We should get the good news in about 2 weeks time.

When do you reckon the award will happen ? It appears there is a new third party in the cooperation, representing the 5 percent. it could be PLN (Indo electric board) and Blackgold do a cooperation for this minemouth project

Today' s announcement is very bullish.
It says that Blackgold will form a joint venture company (Newco) to build 2x300 MW power plants near their mines together with China Huadian. Blackgold will have 45 percent, Huadian 50 percent and third party balance 5 percent.
But first PLN (Indonesian govt. Electric Company) must award Newco long term contracts to buy their energy. It appears Blackgold will stand very chance of being awarded.
Next step is for Newco to get approval from the Government to build the plants.
Once everhthing is in place, Blackgold must raise money for their 45 percent stake by share plaements. Blackgold will be a multi-bagger company
