I suspect big news coming after the rights exercise. Price will be pushed above it. No businessman with logical mind will pay such a premium. Follow what WB said, buy undervalue stock, keep it there for X years, then decide what to do.

I beg to differ. Temasek is quite known to be dump the shares quite fast. They need to show their long term commitment. But meanwhile this stock should continue its uptrend. Breaking 10 is no problem. 12 possible but 20? Not sure. Business model is interesting and relevant to the world now. The story line is good. Should surge more.
