It would be most interesting to look at the mid year results?
If this shows little or no profit or worse still, a loss, in my opinion,
share price destruction will almost certainly follow.
Below 10c? |

Below 10c?
2022 where all the oil companies made record profits.
Rex turned in a loss in 2nd half of 2022, and for the whole year a profit of US$353k.
Let see in the Annual Report, how much the Directors and senior management remunerations and also sadly, the share performance grants, options, etc.
This company has an accumulated loss of US85 million, and this does not seem to affect the directors'   remunerations.

I agree about the red flags.
If management say the stock is undervalued, why not support the price using money
from their pockets or even do sbb if they are too stingy.
In the long run, I think minorities will be screwed.
Deciding what to do with then rest of my holding but absolutely no more buying in, even below 10c.

| I notice a lot of people put shit on analysts but just wonder if any of you know what it takes. Or just armchair analysts here on this forum plucking numbers out of the air! haha. But ok lah if you think can make money on this stock then go ahead and buy based on technicals or belief that this stock will revert to some higher price. For me there' s too many red flags so DYOR and caveat emptor. |

Interested party transactions, especially to take over equities in start-up are not good governance.

Co has investment portfolio, it could be direct investor, instead of buying over from interested parties.

The interested party has the " first bite of the cherry" .    Suspicions will always be there, they are offloading and especially so, giving the Co' s history where it IPO based on its oil exploration technology, whcih failed to take off after much hypes.  The hypes helped the co to raise IPO, private placements and also as funding for equity invetments.

The Co' s accumulated losses in the balance sheet ofUS$85.6 million, means that cumulatively it was loss making, and whatever remuneration, performance options (loss making performance), were mere living off its capital.
DYODD.  This is a speculative share, based on its records and performance to date, nothing to crow about.  Like all speculative plays, it will rely on hypes to push the share up, and then the BB will unload.
