Yep it safe, much lower than the 32.4 conversion....hopefully it can go to ard 25cents...i be happy to realise my trades

Let say you are the director of juken tech, Would you rather accept 18cents or 1.8 juken shares to 1 FRENCKEN...... 1.8*0.18 < 0.215 (market price)?...If the director accept the shares, they have to boost it up by using all means such as sharebuybck, investor meeting, contracts....etcs......

the conversion rate for 1.8 JUKEN = 1 NEW FRENCKEN
1.8 x $0.18 (takeover price) = $0.324 new frencken share price
HOW COME the market only trading at $0.215? .......to complete the acqusition, it has to make the conversion rate for tempting for juken shareholders to convert their old share into new FRENCKEN share. WILL frencken pay for cash to JUKEN shareholder or cheaper to issue new shares?......So FRENCKEN has to boost up its stock prices. |

Recently Frencken’s px has dropped much.
Reason being shd b sm share holders dun happy wif e buy over of Juken Tech.
They might worry abt e future debt concern of Juken Tech.
If 51% of major share holders disagree 2 take over.
Means Daily Share Buy Back’ll perform…
But Q2 result r expecting 2 b announced in 2nd wk of Aug2012.
There4, Daily Share Buy Back wun b allowed…
