The brick wall that the BB put at 0.62 is really thick, so disproportionate to the counter' s total volume. Want to put also no need to put until so thick to the extent of being so obvious. It' s like swapping a fly using a sledge hammer.

Its 4Q2016 and 2017 results should be exicting, barring any adverse and severe global economic downturn. The effects of its upstream production CAPEX for the past few years, M& A activities, aggressive marketing, concious cost-cuting and increasing Indo-China market penetration should show in its books in the next few quaters. The expected Russian Ruble turn-around in 2017 should be another catalyst for a good bottom-line this year. My 2-cents.

1. Mac Coffee has entered US markets. Office in California. To some, this is good. To me personally, this is "dangerously risky" as there is a very very high possibility McDonald USA may file a suit against Mac Coffee trademark use in US.
Note : McDonald had won the trademark issue in the EU and if they allow Mac Coffee in US, then it shows "inconsistency" on McDonald's part. Do note that McDonald is seriously uniform in its consistency of products and policies.

1.Obama Extends Sanctions On Russia Over Aggression In Ukraine By One Year. If Russia Ukraine crisis escalates, the company core markets will be greatly affected. Share price will plunge to new lows again. Below 20 cents.
2. Should McDonald find the right place right time to file a suit against food empire, say in US, will be big issue for the company. Not sure if Mac Coffee is into US markets now. But if they are, then i think there is definitely serious concern.
US courts and jury are infamously known for awarding damages in "big numbers". US$ 50 mil ? US$ 10O MIL ? And those long legal fights. Those legal costs will be substantial.
Watching closely the circumstantial events surrounding this company.

The EU?s General Court on Tuesday upheld that ruling for similar reasons the Intellectual Property Office had given.
The General Court said the trademark MACCOFEE and McDonald?s are phonetically similar and that the combination of ?mac? with the name of a drink can lead the public to link that trademark to McDonald?s.
It said the products designed by MACCOFFEE, such as ice cream, muffins, filled sandwiches ?aren't simple ingredients serving as the basis for dishes served in fast-food restaurants, but correspond to the goods offered? on the menu? of fast-food chains.
The court therefore ruled that the use of the MACCOFFEE trademark ?takes unfair advantage of the repute of McDonald?s trade marks.?
The decision can be appealed to the bloc?s highest court, the European Court of Justice.

This stock has risen more than 100% poised for BBs profit taking and corrections soon. Expected to drop to 40 to 45 cts range.
Furthermore, company main markets in ukraine russia. Any new conflicts trigger point or Ukraine crisis upgrade will send this stock plunging to below 35 cts again.
