The company has no option but to issue the rights at way below book value to continue operations. They have been cash flow negative since their IPO in Nov 2015 and IPO investors at $0.33 have seen the value dwindle to $0.089 as on date with constant equity dilutions at lower values (Firstly through a placement @ $0.1403 and now at $0.105).
I personally would think that it is best to monitor Trendlines and see its progress with monetising its investments. Once that starts happening the share price will react very positively but till then it will be a test of patience!

I don' t think the Trendlines share price is going to increase in a hurry, unless they are able to sell some of their portfolio companies at a decent profit.
The only reason I feel that the price has come up from the $0.078 lows is due to the rights issue at $0.105 (Which is backed up by Librae Holdings). I do not see any retail shareholders applying for the rights shares when the same is available at a $0.09 - 0.096 range on the market. The latest 3Q19 results also show a fall in the total value (Which is an estimated value) of their portfolio companies.
I wait for the time when Trendlines sustainably comes back into the black...

Fact of the matter, most of the stocks in SGX, especially the midcaps and pennies are useless stocks.
up 0.1c, down 0.2c, or up 0.5c then down 1c.
I have been seeing the same poattern for the last 2-3 years or more

Seems Bb adamant to keep price above 9 series. This bugger waiting for the right time to erupt.
