Huat ah!

 

Hit 92.5 but never get cos I am qiueuing at 90.5 now. Maybe stil can get but not too sure. Now the company should have entered embargo period prior to results release, their last act was the release of the report that internal audit found no fraud. Now on retrospect, some big BBs have made use of the news to let go at $1and above. As a long term holder in this, my bias view is that BBs got it wrong by selling. However, we never know, the sharp downward price movement, especially if support hold - my view is at 90.5 or above - could be instead of selling, there is big accumulation at lower prices. Let' s see.

I' m not sure technical analysis is relevant for this particular stock at this particular point in time.

The company has just come out with a significant piece of news. It is also about to announce its results, which will also contain price sensitive information. What this price sensitive information turns out to be, and how the market perceives this, is what will drive the share price.

Sold at $1. Now average holding price is $1.03. Fightable position, I like!

HVRRVH      ( Date: 19-Feb-2024 19:48) Posted: Heng, on the day I queued did not manage to sell and ther very next day was overseas till today and I just returned to SG about 2 hours ago. Didn' t touch or even follow market news until now and of course, good news that Olam clarified that no fraud based on interal audit. Not out of the wood yet and I will sell tomorrow if it stay above 99 cents minimum. If manage to sell, it will cut my average holding cost for the remaining position significantly and it will be in a ' fightable' position and could be even attain paper gain once dividend is declared.  HVRRVH      ( Date: 08-Feb-2024 10:15) Posted: Gotten 89. Queuing to sell at 93. This is short term strategy, rinse and repeat. I am a long term holder in this overall.
