Take a quick look at the audited financials and realised this company is seriously undervalued... Should be worth at least 7 to 8 cts based on O& G peer context at a very below market valuation.. Dont grab now wait for the sky to the rise from the west?... lol....

The Board wishes to announce that the Company has received a notification from SGX-ST on 3 June 2022 that it has no objections to granting an extension of time of up to 30 December 2022 (&ldquo Waiver&rdquo ), subject to the following conditions:
a) the Company announcing the Waiver granted, the reasons for seeking the Waiver, the conditions as required under Mainboard Listing Rule 107 and if the Waiver conditions have been satisfied. If the Waiver conditions have not been met on the date of the announcement, the Company must make an update announcement when the conditions have all been met and
b) the completion of the Company&rsquo s transfer of its listing status to Catalist by 30 December 2022 (collectively, the &ldquo Waiver Conditions&rdquo )
