Chances of prices going up are very high to compliment the commencement of Rights trading 2 days later.
you look at footnote of the announcement table, the SSH is not mentioned. Anyway, will look out for changes in the shareholdings of all the SSHs once the new shares are issued.

I think the SSH did get the rights but he choose to sell first his existing holdings and wait for the rights to refill his holdings.

After his disposal of his shares, Medtecs share price gone up as high as $1.97. Haha...

With exercise price of S$0.045 per warrant share, then should be expecting Zixin share price to rise above 4.5 cents in the near term.
