Don' t see why he should throw in $14.8 mil if he does not see value in his own company. The same as what OEL probably saw but unfortunately he was outlasted and outplayed till he gave up and walked away.  A lot depends on how the company can unlock its properties holdings. If the NAV of $0.432 is real, it just showed how much can be realised if the property assets can be unlocked (even if you give generous discounts to the company' s assets)

A company that is hard to place any hope on,  unstable earnings, but shares are surprisingly large 1.39B.

CHS has in fact recently acquired    17,575,000 of the company' s Convertible Bonds My take is he will eventually (of course he will outlast everyone) privatise the company for his own benefits. As far as trading is concern, this counter has dropped from $0.20 to current levels. And it has a NAV of $0.43  So no need to think too much. May not make but not likely to lose a leg or hand.
