Agree with you that TH is the main winner.. A secondary winner is SCI share holders who get their 4.91 distribution and hold it to be cashed in at the right time. Dont be frightened by the BBs and sell away your scm shares cheaply

Keppel Corp may play hard to get now - expect a much better offer for KOM.
CGS-CIMB just released report that KOM may turn in a profit in FY2021.
And if they really do hive off KOM to TH and KOM gets merged with SCM and if CIMB is proven right, then we should see SCM exceeding 30 cents |

Back of envelope, if smm by magic turnaround with PAT of $100m translates to eps of $.009 at 20x PE gives a price of $0.167. Is it possible?
