Yes. 3.8% gain once dividend is in and the share price stay at least 1.05 lol. But I am hopeful that it would reach 1.3 -1.4 in a year or 2 while dividend yearly is at least 7 cents.

So far, olam bought back 10% of what they set out to buy. Still got 90% action not accounted for. I think more action to come. Shorts should be careful.

Yea man, glad I did divest singtel. In a good position. Looking forward to more action. Strong balance sheet, good yielding, IPOs to come, Nigeria farce is behind. should not let go this stock at the cheap. Comparing this with comfortdelgro for example, this is way undervalued.

Good timing. Guess you are in paper gain from the get go. I, on the other hand, bought as high as $1.14. Luckily dare to buy more at below 95 cents and again at below 90 cents. Plus managed to realise some gain from a few short term trades. If it stay above $1.05 I will be on paper gain after factoring in dividend.

Good timing. Guess you are in paper gain from the get go. I, on the other hand, bought as high as $1.14. Luckily dare to buy more at below 95 cents and again at below 90 cents. Plus managed to realise some gain from a few short term trades. If it stay above $1.05 I will be on paper gain after factoring in dividend.

previous share buy backs were at 1.17 levels.. which was the pre scare by the Nigerian news. now that it was just a scare i see olam buying back all the way to that level at least.
Olam started their share buy backs 2 days ago. it is reported already
relatively good volume of 2.38M , and supported well 1.01 ......as long as no major mkt issue ....I think it will rise back

Yes recent result and share BB is good indication that this counter is on reverse path .
I think the Africa issue is also behind Olam now . global demand should be increasing again .
I guess once a possible listing happened again , this could push the counter up again .
