One Account and One General.
They are around when biz turn around.
Does not mean they did it.
I can only suspect PY as the
SS that influence the moved.

Looks like market welcome the resignations of the 2 directors.
the buying is very strong, many 2.9cts are bought in big quantities.
If continue the momentum, all 2.9cts may be wiped out and we can see 3cts today.

Follow the trend. Now the trend is quite strong, it has not shown the sign of weakness.

I was monitoring the price movement during the last ~30 min,  it was quite exciting.
It was done at 2.7/2.8cts, during the price matching, the price became 2.8/ 2.9cts.
Volume was very strong at 36.6Mil, indicating the buying power is very strong.
Buyers now willing to pay 2.8cts but sellers only willing to let go at 2.9cts.  With this momentum, it may cross 3 cts in next few days.

The new base of 2.7cts is formed.
Now, challenging 2.8cts. Both buy and sell are quite equal.
Once 2.8cts is concurred, hopefully today, we should see 3.x cts soon.

Although do not know the detail of the settlement, I interpret that Addvalue should get at least US$2.1M from this arbitration. Still good.

The Board of Directors (&ldquo Board&rdquo ) of Addvalue Technologies Ltd (the &ldquo Company&rdquo , and together with its subsidiaries, the &ldquo Group&rdquo ) refers to the Company&rsquo s announcement entitled &ldquo Commencement of Arbitration of Proceedings&rdquo made on 26 November 2024 in connection to the Company&rsquo s wholly-owned subsidiary, Addvalue Communications Pte Ltd&rsquo s (&ldquo Claimant&rdquo or &lsquo Addvalue&rdquo ) commencement of arbitration proceedings in Hong Kong (&ldquo Arbitration&rdquo ) at the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) against XEPIC Corporation Limited (&ldquo Respondent&rdquo or &ldquo Xepic&rdquo ), a company incorporated in the People&rsquo s Republic of China, for the sum of at least US$2.1 million and damages for wrongful termination or repudiation of contracts in relation to the production of field programmable gate arrays (FPGA)-based products and the provision of original equipment manufacturing technical services by the Claimant for the Respondent, together with interest and costs. The Company wishes to announce that it has reached an amicable settlement with Xepic through a Settlement Deed. The parties, without admitting any liability, are willing to settle the Arbitration and any claims or potential claims arising out of or in connection with the Arbitration or the production agreements in accordance with the terms and conditions made in the Settlement Deed. Due to the confidentiality provisions in the Settlement Deed, the Company is unable to disclose the terms of the settlement, except to confirm that the parties have resolved all disputes on a without prejudice and no admission of liability basis, and on mutually and commercially acceptable terms.

Addvalue closed at 2.6cts on Friday (22-Aug' 25) which is not bad, not bad at all.
If it can maintain at 2.5~2.6 cts for next few days, the new base will be formed and next target should be 3cts.
