If u noticed, all jardine related counters all up ever since the offer to privatise jardine strategic.
Dont get too excited
Uptrend intact.
Good and consistent dividend despite tough economic env last year.
Outlook and growth is improving. HK is recieving a lot of inflow of funds from China investors.
Hopefully HK Land will share a pie of it too.
Awaiting Jardine Group to make new announcement for this laddard developer. Worhwhile keeping and see whether there is a surpirse surge again in the coming days .....
HK Land is a very steady ' horse' and worth more than the present price!

Abit unlikely, based on past financial turmoil they usually cut back by 2 cents. Am happy with 0.14 for first payout.
