If the new director from trikomsel has been appointed, it means that the acquisition has been confirmed.
On the other hand. Shopdeca is looking to expand, hence the capital injection.
Not sure why the price keeps dropping. Is the market factoring in the dilution now or are the bbs suppressing the price?
The previous yearly financial statement was disclosed at the end of Feb, so I guess they will release it before Feb ends
Shouldnt it be latest by 45 days after end of qtr?

The acquisition could be delayed because Polaris still haven't meet the 10% public float condition.

Hi Alex, in speculating shares one needs to take the kind of calculated risk. Nothing venture nothing gain. Most importantly, you must believe in yourself, your own judgement. If wrong, then suay loh! Just cut loss!
Anyway, I invested in only this penny- Polaris for long term. My others are Reits!

but I dont really like to keep penny counter for too long. Sometime cant even sleep well at night.
With news like the german unemployment rate on the rise, gloomy days ahead.
