I stone 2 birds. He is getting the company cheaply and at the same time getting back his thomson as the he is the super majority shareholder of the company becos of the high valuation and low issue price. What will be the % of his share in the company after the deal?

They sell the thomson at a high price to the company and the company issue shares at such a low price of $0.07. Does not it means small shareholders kana dilution of shares while the major shareholders get ALOT of shares ==> Increase his majority by alot? Look at my example below
Is my assumption correct har?? |

The 2 free warrants and the 2 free piggyback warrants are to sweeten the whole situation for the half dead shareholders. Btw the present Rowsley is sure mati one and slowly sinking into nothing so by this development it can let us have something to hold onto.

No right issues or asking for money.....but to somemore give free 2 warrants plus another 2 free piggyback warrants to make the loyal but half dead shareholders happy. At this present stage......for Rowsley long suffering shareholders really nothing to explain since all warrants are free. After the acquisition then will see a share consolidation since there will be over 30+ billions shares in the market, the ratio maybe 5:1 or 10:1. Hopefully this will jumpstart the share price of Rowsley. Frankly....already given up on Rowsley after seeing my warrants going up in smoke that wiped out a huge portion of my money 💰 . Lately only GLP has given me something to look forward to....but UE is such a disappointment.

assuming i offer 10 cents to buy the rest of the shares as 10 cents is higher than 7 cents so share holders shd be happy to sell to me?
HazardKoh ( Date: 18-Jul-2017 23:17) Posted:
Wait... let me give an example. I have a company. I have around  450 shares (major shareholders)  while other small shareholders total 550 shares aka 45% vs 55%.
I bought a car at $50k. I sell to the company for $200k and the company issues  shares worth 7 cents    to me. So i get $200k/ $0.07 = 2857142 shares
So now i will have 450+2857142 = around 2858000 shares while other shareholders still the same at  550 shares.  (dun tok about warrant first)
So now my share in the company is almost  99% and other shareholders become diluted to only 1%.
hmm... the above is just a simple example. Like that is like indirectly i getting the company for free??? and the car is basically still mine becos now the car belongs to the company but i have 99% control of the company which means the car is still mine. Then later I offer 10 cents to take over the company from the 55% other shareholders cheap becos 550 shares x 10 cents is only a small amount.
Hmm... am I correct har?? that is my understanding...???
