Historically Rowsley behaved like a billionaire' s toy. His passion seems to be football friends and family. Great hobbies. But, in this case, the minority is partially funding his passions. Football hotel, cafe, honestly sounds like something only diehard fans would go to, and there aren' t that many out there to support Rowsley' s P& L significantly. And the company does not even seem focused on what they want to do - Iskandar, architecture, football related, now medical. Are they silent investments, or with management control? If they are with management control, are their key management team diverse enough to know how to manage the investments?
Replacing the CFO with his nephew? Not a problem, even though the results were that group was run to below IPO price. Ownging a football club (can' t remember if this was under Rowsley but it reflects the mind of this man)? Put his friends and associates in key operating and coaching positions. All not in the best interests of the investments, but hey, it makes him happy.
He' s a billionaire, losing a couple of million on paper is no big deal. As he himself once said, " not dropped dead"
I' m staying out of this round. I remember the last free warrants that were issued, the mothershare price was around 68 cents. Warrants which ended up completely worthless.
I don' t quite know what premium Rowsely is paying for TMC. I' m sure PL would not be selling at a discount (" willing buyer, willing seller basis" - he is essentially selling to himself, partially funded by the minority who have no say).
Think this counter, in my opinion is just supported by the legend of PL, and everyone wants to tag along when he finds his next Wilmar. But they would find that instead of tag along rights, they would be dragged along when things so south.
My view only. Good luck to those invested!

But it helps alot of loyalists who were stuck for years up in mid air. Lol.

My advice to retailers: DONT CHASE A STOCK. If u miss it, miss it. Move on. There is always other stock to play. Wait for yuuzoo to break 6 cents.
confirm over the last few days they accum at 7c n sell at current price already gain of at least 50%....
For sure PL after making several millions by selling this morning trade, through his kakis n trust fund (buy / sell) at current trading prices.
Now PL supporting as such premium as he stand to benefit the most. But not for long term.

Sell on news. Buy on Rumours. All out and wait at 0.1 maybe...
