No such thing as technical rebound here ... subjected to the whims of the BBs. You can only see volume and try to predict where the bbs move. And only when bb move, the market will react.
a reasonable technical rebound to 22 before any further clear direction kuah ?
Bro, some are to their own puppets (they say is to the public) which we don' t know. Is actually from right pocket to left pocket! Squeezing the retailer out! Now the price is below NAV alrdy.

They were talking about placing new shares to meet the public float requirement or get big boss to sell part of his shares to meet the requirement.
A decision haven' t been made yet.

Bro, placement completed except std chartered who has yet (until 21 oct) to accept the deal. Now is abt bond issues!
U read the news on Consistel becoming the 4th telco in spore. I think this is another business opportunity for polaris. From Monday onward i will accumulate small lots starting from 18 and below. Hopefully it dont go to 16!

They said they will do share placements.
Maybe the current holders will have chance to do it at a lower price. No point rushing in now even though hand itchy.
I already did one average down when it was 21 so not really in a rush to get more
