ThinkEnv name change to Liongold Corp

Morning guys, we are all here for profits and there' s no need to attach each other. Everyone has their opinion of which is a profitable future for a counter, be it long or short. What make us better and educated is ethnic, there no good done or doing if there isn' t any constructive fact to a agurement and that would only turn out to be a bitter divorce suit, which non party involve would benefit. Hence i urge this counter investor to respect each other view and if there a point beg to defer, do do it in a educated manner... there' s a saying in life... a happy family a happy life and nobody wants to be with a person who alway bad mouth in life... if i made a mistake, register it, learn from it, and try to not do it again. Only apperciation and reflection would then us lead a better life.. Godspeed 2021. May LG come strong.

Today if CEO tell me his stock price will go up, I will sell liao - Because there is a high chance it means he is prepareing for one last push to his holdings before he start selling. How many times has this happened especially when the board tell you can buy or that some analysts say can buy? Give a 10-20% discount to their target price to sell - Because they will be selling before it reaches their target price. It' s about psychology. If I know you want to sell at $2, I will sell maybe at $1.70 already if I have profit wor. Wait for $2 that time, maybe only you can sell and I cannot because you queued GTD much earlier than me and that most likely, the board already prepared to sell at $1.80 after announcing target price at $2 so that there will be one last push by retailers for them to sell at the highest point (which probably has a less than 50% chance to reach the target price)

Give you one year net profit, next year big drop - How? Commodity prices is very very very unstable and fluctuates widely. Gold has seen massive fluctuations over the years also, but the uptrend has always been intact because of its store of value. Unless today coal has a store of value also? If not, I would say the profit this year does not provide general direction next year since it is purely for one use only. There will always be a lag time between a pandemic and effects felt on global economy also. This can be anywhere between 6 months to 1 year. To be on safe side, I would rather take a wait and see how approach.

 

No long term prospects for Geo Energy. Go up - Can go how long? Renewable energies taking over the world wor. Still selling coal mainly - Coal not like gold wor. Coal is PURE INDUSTRIAL use. Gold is store of value for personal, jewelry, electronics, etc. Keep a few thousand year bah - Can become gold under intense pressure. 

Not saying it won' t go up. But will it sustain for a longer term? I honestly doubt so. Renewable/clean energies are the new norm. Ya. Got lots of business within SE Asia. But global decline will still affect the prices for the long term even if regional use is increasing. Park money there? No thanks. Put money there liao also worry. Just like Semb Marine - People say SembCorp lei how to collapse? People wait for merger. I can say wait long long. I am a profitable company in other areas (e.g. constructon, environment) so what for I throw money in one of the bottomless pit where debts are mounting? Might as well let that arm fold with unpaid debts to be written off. Then start a new arm similar, but make sure no affiliation with Sembcorp at the outstart. The white knight can wait long long.

Morning, i think everybody invest in a bit of everything here and there, both long, short term and both are assuming at the lower price point, all assuming that the counter will go up and not down, all counter are the same unless u short. However much i want to see LG slowly crawl up, i also wouldn' t comment it otherwise in other forum. The title set here is for this counter for its deliberation of facts and quires i thought.

Be careful for what you read ... some people might have hidden agenda ....

 

The naysayers should just ignore this thread and move on to other counters. But to carry on the negativity here, it is pretty obvious what they are trying to do: Finding an opportunity to re-enter lower. But one must question... Why re-enter if it is in a bear? Then I will question this: Why keep harping on this stock if you are so negative about it - Either you short it down since you are so confident about the negativity, or just move on to another stock since there is no hope for this counter.

So fellow forumers, ask yourself: What is the intent of these naysayers then?

Today, A and B both borrow $10 million through rights issue of share options...

A use it to invest and grow that $10 million to $15 million. Oh, and mind you - That $10 million i use hor, I get consultancy service for free because I got it from that famous international investor/economist/financial analyst. It will be in his interest my company make money also. 

B use it to pay debt and that $10 million is still $10 million (but become $0 after paying). 

Is it the same????? 

 

For all who say can get better returns elsewhere, let me ask you all then also - How many got stuck at other counters then? Every counter got their risk. Just because they say that here doesn' t mean they have realised profits in other counters.... Many are also " stuck" in other counters and also need a reality check in other counters with rights issue, options issue, etc as well!

 

You think they will allow for 3 billion conversion? I doubt so. Maybe 10% of it, yes. Management is not dumb. Again,think about it. If they didn' t bother about the company outlook and prospects and just want money, why didn' t they allow Premier Equity to keep the convertible bonds back then? Why did they cancel that deal?

I ask for a bank assessment of my financial conditions, etc to determine if I can borrow 10 million dollars. Does it mean I must borrow 10 million dollars today? Is there any other meaning for this assessment as well?

Think in that light it means cost operation is lower and demand price is higher which is good....  another 3B share, yes was mention before but i not too sure how it works.... maybe consolidation plan coming up? No where is it near being the world' s reserve currency nor the preferred option for store of value considering its economy is overly dependent on natural resources and China' s hunger and appetite for its resources - That has been the key driver for its currency and economy for many years and is now suffering because of this overdependence.  The Euro and GBP are preferred over the AUD anytime anywhere when assessing the value of commodities in other currencies besides AUD.
