This counter has big public float relative to proxy like GE. To push up is like using 10 man relative to one man.. This will move once GE BO .. It is More for holding than trading.. but it is getting closer to be traded soon.. As said Watch GE.. If you want quick handsome gains can divest some to GE.. both are different Animals ..one is dividend play while the other is capital gain Play. To each its suits ..

Ownself sell to ownself. Their cost is commission but they do not lose on investment instead buying more than selling because part of the 38 done were sold by some panickers
