Many countries are adopting a " Live with Covid" strategy and most restrictions are removed for those vaccinated. With more Airlines operating and more VTLs open, we should see more pickup in tourism. Malaysia tourism should improve further this year and Malacca will be one of the beneficiaries as one of the favourite stopover for Sporeans travelling by car to KL and back. Property and Malls will see an increase in asset value when Buyers come back.

$Hatten Land(PH0.SI) A delay in the listing of bitcoin ETF is beneficial for Hatten Land. Cause once the ETF is listed, the rush for the ETF will potentially push up bitcoin price. This will then result in companies holding onto bitcoin or mining bitcoin to gain in value.

Nice reports, but be careful. I think it is important to see the malls reopening again. CC go up and down so quicky and it was not always immediately reflected in the price of the shares. Perhpas, after the mining starts that brings more power. Anyway, I see CC more like a bonus.

Last few reports I read about HL did outline their progress... malls had been reconfigured for CC mining and Solar systems plus some M/Cs had been delivered and installed.. the bulk will be installed from Feb onwards.. & with recovery in the price of CC, things are looking up for HL.
