Not at all.
1) There is no fighting at Yangon. Both the Junta and Rebel knows that is not the place to fight. If not, that would be place to fight rather then elsewhere.
2) Yoma have not use external funds bcos the project are booked and paid for in advance. Why the need of such funds? Project are paid and work done and it was mentioned that 6000 people and families are already staying in and houses delivered.

Not at all.
