Infact TIH start to making path for it solar plant investment in myanmar by purchasing 17.7 mil share of comtec solar.
Comtec Solar had Commenced Trial Production in Malaysia Plant
(Hong Kong, PRC and Singapore, 6 June 2014) - Comtec Solar Systems Group
Limited (HKSE: 712, &ldquo Comtec Solar&rdquo or &ldquo the Company&rdquo , together with its
subsidiaries, the &ldquo Group&rdquo ), a global leader in manufacturing high quality
monocrystalline solar wafers, is pleased to announce that the Group‟ s production
facilities in Malaysia (the &bdquo &bdquo Malaysia Plant‟ ‟ ) has commenced trial production in June
2014.

The Malaysia Plant is primarily engaged in the production of monocrystalline ingots
and wafers with a designed annual production capacity of 300 Megawatts. In June
2014, the Malaysia Plant commenced trial production. The Company would continue
to ramp up the production capacity of the Malaysia Plant during the third quarter of
2014.

Comtec Solar increases production capacity in the Malaysia Plant with a view to
lowering labor costs and electricity expenses incurred during the manufacturing
process and is encouraged by the attractive tax incentives offered by the local
government. In addition, the Malaysia Plant is deemed to help strengthen the
connections with the Group‟ s major customers who also have facilities in Malaysia
and to reduce the shipment costs in the meantime. Last but not least, the ramping up
with the Malaysia Plant will provide the Group with production capability outside of
China, mitigating the Group‟ s exposure to risks related to China‟ s trade disputes with
other countries.

Mr John Zhang, Chairman of Comtec Solar said, &ldquo We are delighted the Group is
on the right track to increase production capacity in Malaysia and believe it will
further improve the cost competitiveness of our premium product &bdquo Super Mono
Wafers‟ . We are confident our far-sighted strategy will allow us to maintain a solid
position and fuel the sustainable growth of the Group.&rdquo
