Maybe got good news ahead and insiders know about it and start collecting.
At the same time BBs don' t want to pick up hurriedly otherwise price will shoot up.

It happens to all penny counters when their turn comes. BBs already hiding inside for long, will take opportunity to manipulated and unload. Especially if there's news coming. So called sell on news. Good luck
