Yeah, now a days i am started to get very jaded.. dont know what hidden agendas the analysts have
specially the western houses. they sometimes give high TPs and then seel off their stocks to make a quick buck
i remember Nanofilm, was once a darling of all analysts
and the day the stock started falling - without much change in fundamantals the TP dropped from 6-8 range
to 3+/- range
but alas normal people like me without a finance background cant really do fundamental analysis of all the stocks
also even if i could - dont have the time. so have to rely on analysts .

I enter this counter 3X times since 1.40 and cut lost 3x at 0.93 last try.

Hk stocks are down and down.
Reasons:
Western institutions have withdrawn due to the new security laws.
Mainland suppresses chinese giant tech companies.
Other factors like war, covid, oil..

I remembered a lot of analysts recommending this ETF even though at that time it was known that CCP is tightening regulations on these tech companies... but these analysts commented this is just short term...
actually the loss is almost 5k
its > 50% down from my first buy price before averaging down

i kept averaging down thinking that it will eventually go up.
thinking since its an ETF shouldnt be too bad
currently sitting on 4k of losses
and even now dont know if i should just hold of cut losses
kicking myself for not selling at 1-1.1 range

This morning all time low 0.766. Towards half price of its high.

It's all time low now. If you cut, you might end up banging your head against the wall at a rebound. Best is don't focus on the paper loss and give it a year.
Lower and Lower each day.
