Company financials for this counter is irrelevant.  It has never been followed anyway for the last 1.5 years.

I read so many postings in this Forum but many  have not think out of box.  All sorts of speculations of BBs ???
BBs will never support this counter.

Simply think :

Director owned 12% of shares (about 66 million shares)
In Feb 2020 it is worth $1.98 million
In Jul 2020 it is worth $130.6million
Now Nov 2021 it is worth $19.8 million

Do u think Director do nothing and lose more than $100 million after working so hard ?????
If u can answer the above question, u will understand more and more why the share price is ?  The business results in my opinion is irrelevant.

There will be a heavy selldown very soon.  If u are lucky in twenties maybe.

Take note ya he is the one tell you medtecs will earn 40m by year end, also tell ppl to load at 40c+, also tell you 38c is stable price, also tell you 35c is u-turn point. Well at least you have just confirmed that it's fungible. That's great. Now no point talking about the past bcos in the past you didn't apply early or maybe never read their t&c in full if ever you find trust again why not write in to them first before committing to put any money in. Only with latest black and white than do math. Can ask about the sequence like how many times a year can do cut off date must accumulate minimum how many shares than can cost how much admin fee etc...

 

Watch out for how much of these cash will be used to pay themselves, without dividends for the shareholders
