(Nasdaq: HWH), has entered into a distribution agreement with Guangzhou Inbot Technology Limited, a leading provider of advanced service robots specializing in reception, delivery, security, cleaning, and table service solutions. The Company has 30.7% ownership stake in HWH. While no formal agreement is in place with Alset Robot, this agreement lays the foundation for potential distribution partnership with Alset Robot. These strategic alliances will drive the expansion of comprehensive marketing and service operations across high-potential markets, strengthening the Company&rsquo s goal in becoming a key player in the robotics industry.
