This company should be doing very well at least this year as the Government grant still in place for this year , also the company is taking care of the shareholders by giving more than 4 percent of divident base on the current   shares price ,   and is also based in Singapore more safe , rather than those company based overseas and they can cooked up any story they want ( jutien chemical is a good example) . 

 

watch 95 level.. guess they prepared to break it..
