US needs to re-finance or pay back maturing US Treasuries, so they need the interest rate to be low and/or Fed to print Trillions of dollar and/or de-value the US$.

 

Underweight US ........... Overweight Safe Havens.

 

IMO, China is toughening their stand on their trade negotiation with US with this replacement.

估 计 4年 前 已 经 从 教 训 中 领 会 到 不 能 太 依 赖 和 信 任 美 国 ， 所 以 4年 前 就 开 始 做 好 准 备 了 。
