Strategically SG should just concentrate its sales and marketing in Shenzhen and surrounding municipalities including HongKong.It is better to own your home market and do a good job than spreading out too thinly trying to be all things to all people. By having small pockets of markets throughout China only increases distribution and sales cost .Only when SG has the Shenzhen market dominance (at least 40%) it can clone the same approach in another province eg neighboring Fuzhou.

Sound like you are someone with knowledge in product marketing. I think SG disadvantage in marketing is the non-efficient of selling outside their home ground Shenzhen. Last time even online sales restricted delivery within Shenzhen area. That could be due to their limitation according to their production plant location.

Successful singular brands like Coca Cola and Heineken enjoy synergy in advertising and marketing .Unfortunately SG does not and have not developed one. Will Garden Fresh be the Brand only time will tell.But in a highly competitive and dynamic market time may not be on SG side.Lets hope Huang gets it right.

Huang has a big ambition. Whether he succeed or not, we won't know his future. But, he keeps buying in shares shows he may have something to prove of his ability in growing Sino Grandness, and not just his $100k spending powers. Growth potential in China is huge. China is so big, you can never achieve 100% penetration and thus there's always growth space and potential for Sino Grandness to target or try get in. Huang does not care or bother about overseas mkt, as he seems China is big enough for him to explore and thus the new factory and more production lines to expand the business. What that moves the share price of course, will be clearing the doubts in the bonds and IPO, and stragetic investor to come onboard give support. Hope time will be the helping factor. Already about 1 year 6 months, or more, how long more to go? We shall see.

If today again annoucement of his buying. I think any special move not going to happen immediately. Previous sign shown that his buying are within range. No intention of pushing price. Just accumulate at lower price.

Resistances are there but for retail investor and not for the SSH...if they want it can break easily since volume not so high.....

To be fair, bias aside. I will agree grow story has end if no new facility as logically no increase on supply capability how to grow right...
But they just completed new production plant early this year. If they able to enlarge their sales network, they are capable to grow.
AGM mention of collaboration with petrol station. In discussion.....I believe that will be a great contribution to sales if ever happen. We shall see.

I feel its very difficult for SG to move pass 280 unless the following happens:

1. HK IPO approved
2. SG redeems the bonds and starts to pay dividends with future earnings

The growth story is over already from my point of view (based on fluctuating revenue figures)
